Our diffusers are made with fragrance oils, diffuser base and/ or colourant. Our sprays are a blend of fragrance and/or essential oils with a skin friendly alcohol based dilutant.
We are pleased to confirm the fragrance oils used are parabens and phthalates-free.
I would like to note, people can have allergic reactions to both fragrance oils and essential oils so it is best to check the ingredients, especially if someone is sensitive to cosmetics or fragrances.
Both our car diffusers and room diffusers last approximately 4-6 weeks.
Our sprays have no best before date.
We ask you to spend a minimum of £120. This includes carriage.
We do not. We feel our pricing is fair.
Once your order is placed we aim to have it delivered within 10 working days. If your order is ready sooner, we will post it sooner.
I'm afraid we do not offer exclusivity.
Our display stands are made and shipped by an external company. We aim to have them delivered on the same day as our products, but this is not guaranteed.
This is not a problem. Please email us at info@rosyroo.co.uk the days your store is closed and we will deliver your order on days which suit you.
